[BESAdmin-Announcements] [BES Asset Discovery] Content Modification Announcement - Repair Incorrect Nmap 5.0 Upgrade

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has added the following task to the BES Asset Discovery site to correct an issue with a previously published version of the Upgrade Nmap task:

ID: 238 Repair Incorrect Nmap 5.0 Upgrade

To ensure proper scan point activity, BES administrators are encouraged to deploy task 238 to all relevant computers.  Please note that the related fix to the Upgrade Nmap task (231) was published on Monday Nov. 9, 2009, so upgrade actions taken after Nov 9 should not be affected.

BES Asset Discovery published version: 43

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
