Discovery site to correct an issue with a previously published version of the <i>Upgrade

<p class=MsoNormal>To ensure proper scan point activity, BES administrators are
encouraged to deploy task 238 to all relevant computers. Please note that
the related fix to the <i>Upgrade Nmap</i> task (231) was published on Monday
Nov. 9, 2009, so upgrade actions taken after Nov 9 should not be affected.<o:p></o:p></p>
