[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - MSDE 2000 SP4 on BES Relays

Fixlet message 204012: "UPDATE: MSDE 2000 Service Pack 4 Available
(Default SQL Instance)" has been modified in the "Enterprise Security"
site. Previously, the relevance prevented the Fixlet message from
becoming relevant on both the BES Server and BES Relays. The relevance
has been modified to exclude only the BES Server and not BES Relays.
Deployments with outdated MSDE installations on BES Relays should now be
reporting relevant. BES administrators are encouraged to verify any open
policy actions that involve this Fixlet message. If you have any
