  *   Added:
     *   "Execute Pre Initialization Task for MS IIS 10": It is recommended to execute this task at least once on the endpoint to make sure there aren't any false positives.
  *   Modified checks:
     *   V-218807: To accept stronger encryption types.
     *   V-218821: Checks for right registry path
     *   V-218825: Checks user role type as Administrator
