[BESAdmin-Announcements] BES Support - Gathering via HTTPS

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Hello,

Starting September 17 at 11:00 AM PDT, BES Support will be propagated using
our new HTTPS propagation tool. This means that all BES Support content
will be gathered via HTTPS. The site listing will still be downloaded via
HTTP but all the files in the site will be referenced via HTTPS.

We don't expect this to require any action on your end. However, if there
is any configuration that may potentially block or selectively allow
network traffic, the configuration must be altered to allow outbound
traffic to esync.bigfix.com port 443.
