Reasons for Update:
* Fixes for two defects.
1. PMR 76739,999,00 -> The datastore refresh process was blocking the
Plugin execution which caused the main process to block and to no accept
any new requests.
2. Details about number of processors were wrong on the Host device reports

Actions to Take:
* The end user must upgrade the Management Extender Plugin.
