Reason for Update: 

Fixlet 1007909 has been modified to prevent the fixlet from remaining 
applicable after running. Fixlet 1007941 has been modified to prevent 
false positives. Security Advisory 2607712 have been modified because of 
updated downloads by Microsoft.
