BigFix has modified content it the Patches for Windows (English) / Enterprise Security site. The following fixlet message has modified relevance to account for mshtml.tlb reverting back to an older version upon applying the MS09-054 hotfix described in KB976749 under specific Vista SP1 IE7 circumstances:
