Several Fixlet messages from this month's Microsoft Patch release were
updated today.  A "Network Install" action was added to the Visual
Studio .NET 2002 MS07-012 updates, and minor modifications were made to
the relevance for some of the MS07-015 and MS07-016 updates to prevent
potential false reports of relevant computers.
