All Office MUI Administrative Install actions have been updated to be
completely quiet. The initial version of the action script caused DOS
windows to be displayed during action execution.

Affected Fixlet messages:

38115: "UPDATE: Office 2003 Service Pack 2 for MUI Available - Windows
2000/XP/2003 (Administrative Install)"

29227: "UPDATE: Office XP Service Pack 3 MUI Available - Windows
NT/2000/XP/2003 (Administrative Install)"

28320: "UPDATE: Office 2000 SP-3 Update Available - MultiLanguage Packs -
Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 (Administrative Install)"

600324: "MS06-003: Vulnerability in TNEF Decoding in Microsoft Outlook Could
Allow Remote Code Execution - Outlook 2000 MultiLanguage Packs - Windows
9x/ME (Administrative Install)"

600396: "MS06-003: Vulnerability in TNEF Decoding in Microsoft Outlook Could
Allow Remote Code Execution - Outlook 2003 MUI (Administrative Install)"

600318: "MS06-003: Vulnerability in TNEF Decoding in Microsoft Outlook Could
Allow Remote Code Execution - Outlook 2002 MUI - Windows NT/2000/XP/2003
(Administrative Install)"

Furthermore, a bug was discovered in one Office MUI Fixlet message that
caused the relevance to always evaluate to FALSE. The relevance has been
updated to correctly identify if any vulnerable MS06-003 files exist for all
Office 2003 MUI languages.

Affected Fixlet message:

600396: "MS06-003: Vulnerability in TNEF Decoding in Microsoft Outlook Could
Allow Remote Code Execution - Outlook 2003 MUI (Administrative Install)"
