[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modifcation Announcement

Office 2003 Proofing Tools content has been modified in the "Enterprise
Security" site. During internal testing, the original relevance and
action script was discovered to fail on some non-English versions of
Office 2003 Proofing Tools. The relevance and action script were updated
before being published to non-English Patches for Windows sites. Content
in "Enterprise Security" was modified today to match the updated
relevance/action script.
