[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement

The MS06-009 Office 2003 Proofing Tools Fixlet messages have been
modified since its initial release. The action script and relevance has
been standardized to match existing Office 2003 content. In addition,
the relevance has been modified to target only English Office 2003
Proofing Tools. Only customers who have non-English versions of Office
2003 Proofing Tools installed on English Windows should be affected by
this change.
