[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Content in the OS Deployment and Bare Metal Imaging site has been 
modified. 


Reasons for Update:
 * The Driver upload process may fail if the IEM Console Operator is not 
authorized to administer the BES Root Server. (APAR IV71406)
 * Re-imaging of English-Singapore target computer fails. (APAR IV71753)
 * Various bug fixes and improvements related to localization
