Updated Tools Versions: 
SUSE Download Cacher, version 6.1.1


Reasons for update: 
* Repository builder functionality will now download support files from 
the Patches for SLE 11 Native Tools site.
* The tool have been updated to address certain cases where files are not 
being downloaded.
