Fixlet Description: Skype has released a new version of their internet telephony software. Use the action below to update Skype to the latest version (5.3.0.120). 

Important Note: The Skype update will automatically shut down all running instances of Skype. To prevent either behavior, you may want to deploy this action with the user constraint "Run only when no user is present" or display a message box before action execution instructing the user to shut down Skype before applying this update.

Important Note: After updating to the latest version, Skype will automatically load and ask the user to create a new account. You may want to to display a message box informing the user of this behavior.
