Fixlet Description: Microsoft has released a patch that fixes known issues caused by security updates 925902 (MS07-017) and 928843 (MS07-008). When starting a relevant computer, the user may find that the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel does not start; additionally, the user may receive an error message. The listed computers have MS07-008, MS07-017, and the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel installed, and may be affected by this issue.  See Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 935448 for more information.
