Fixlet Description: The Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 is a highly compatible in-place update to the Microsoft .NET Framework 4, 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, and 4.6.1. The offline package can be used in situations in which the web installer cannot be used because of lack of Internet connectivity. After downloading and installing this update, affected computers will no longer be susceptible to this vulnerability.
