<div>Blacklist repository functionality</div>
<div>This enhancement blocks Red Hat repositories that are not needed for patching. The functionality works around a limitation in how  the BESServer processes downloads, which may result in unnecessary errors being logged, and a longer processing time of the download plug-in and cacher.</div>

<div>Logging level functionality for the RHSM Download Cacher log</div>
<div>Users can now set the logging levels to determine the amount of detail that is written to the RHSM Download Cacher log.</div>
