In Tivoli Endpoint Manager Console go to "Bigfix Management" >> "License Overview" and enable "IBM Software Inventory" site </div><div align="left">2. Go to "Systems Lifecycle" >> "IBM Software Inventory" >> "Server Setup" and run "Software Use Analytics" wizard. </div><div align="left">3.
