Microsoft has re-released Security Bulletin MS08-030 because of issues affecting
the Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows XP Service Pack 3 update: the update
did not fully address the vulnerability. Computers patched with the previous
version of the patch should apply the new update.<BR><BR>The following new

MS08-030: REVISED PATCH - Windows XP SP2/SP3 (v2, re-released
6/19/2008)<BR><BR>The REVISED PATCH should become relevant on computers that
have the original version of the update installed. All three Fixlet messages
deploy the newest version of the update. Fixlet ID: 803011 will become relevant
on affected computers that did not have the original version of the patch
installed.<BR><BR>The following Fixlet messages for the original version of the
