site has been updated. The previous version of the Fixlet message would
only become relevant if the version of Windows Installer is less than 3.1, and
computers with previous versions of Windows Installer 3.1 installed would not be
able to upgrade to the latest version. The updated relevance now targets
these computers and allows BES administrators to deploy the upgrade.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
