Reason for Update:

* New hotfix update for Exchange Server.
* New task and mitigation fixlets for Exchange Server associated with
CVE-2026-42897.

Additional Notes:

* The mitigation for the vulnerability (CVE-2026-42897) is a temporary fix.
Microsoft is currently working on a permanent resolution, which will be
provided later.
* We have observed that the hotfix update [ID: 508175501] for Exchange
Server automatically reboots the targeted endpoint. Please review the
description carefully before applying this update.
