 Key updates in HCL BigFix Inventory Catalog 20260714:


   -

   Discovery of 500+ new software versions including but not limited to the
   following software manufacturers like Adobe, AutoDesk, BellSoft, HCL,
   Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Microsoft, Open Text, Palo Alto Networks, SAP, &
   Siemens.
   -

   Added 6 new Publishers to Catalog (Refer to the release notes for more
   details).
   -

   A new Server IBM LMT Software Catalog Update Fixlet is available to
   update the IBM LMT Software Catalog to the latest version 9.2.44.1.

Note: This new IBM catalog will be also included in the next BigFix
Inventory v11.0.9 server release as a standard process. The supported
versions for IBM LMT catalog update are BigFx Inventory 11.0.8 and 11.0.7.

   -

   Optimization for Catalog processing by removing old software signatures
   from BigFix Inventory main Catalog.  Deleted 20+ signatures.

To apply new discovery capability, run the Server Software Catalog Update
Fixlet ( BigFix Inventory Discovery site) from the BigFix console and then
wait for the next data import.

[Optional] To apply a new IBM catalog on top of BigFix Inventory
11.0.7/11.0.8 server, run the Server IBM ILMT Software Catalog Update
Fixlet from the BigFix console and then wait for the next data import.
