## Reason for Update:
- New Software Releases from Vendors
- Older fixlets of Apache Tomcat 9, 10, and PostgreSQL 16 versions have
been archived.

## Actions to Take:
- Review new content and deploy as needed.
- For oracle db, you must run the following as policy actions:
  - Update OracleDB Patch List and update scripts WINDOWS
