Inventory.

Use the BigFix Inventory, BigFix Inventory Discovery and BigFix Scanner

Scan-to-Report time reduced for one more scan data subset
The Continuous Discovery Processing scope is extended with new Software
Instances discovered with ISO SW ID tags. Those software instances can be
explored now on the same day shortly after the scan data is available on
the BigFix server.

New Component Evidence information in Software Classification and row
data reports.
The Continuous Discovery Processing offers new data to explain the
discovery logic. The Component Evidence refers to specific discovery facts
resulting in normalized software discovery. Additionally, the Details panel
(for a selected software instance) offers evidence details (discovery facts
with details and facts contributing to detailed version and installation
path).

Unified software list is available now under Reports menu as Unified
Software View option. You can use it to explore all software installed
in your environment.

BFINV-I-411 <https://bigfix-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/BFINV-I-411> Idea
delivered. The Oracle Database Measurements package includes an optional
ORCL_OPTIONS_CLEAN.CSV file which contains the same content as the
ORCL_OPTIONS.CSV file, but without raw SQL error messages to easily import
in external tools. This content is generated if a specific server parameter
is set.

Scan option. Smart cache updates are done when changes in the Package Data
are observed on the endpoint side, by default cache data is refreshed every

Actions needed:
*Reminder: If your BigFix Inventory version is 10.0.10 or above, use
the BigFix Inventory, BigFix Inventory Discovery and BigFix Scanner sites
to upgrade the BigFix Inventory server to version 11.x and update the
scanner and server software catalog. If your BigFix Inventory version is
older than 10.0.10.0, contact HCL support for instructions.*
Upgrading BigFix Inventory Server from the 10.x to 11.x. version has a few
additional steps to be followed before and after the standard upgrade
procedure. Those steps are one-time tasks. For more details, check

To upgrade the BigFix Inventory server to application update 11.0.4.0, run
the Upgrade to the latest version of BigFix Inventory Fixlet from the
