## Modified Items:

- Update: MongoDB v8.0.16 - Windows (x64)
- Update: IBM MQ v9.2.0.38 - Windows (x64)
- Update: IBM MQ v9.3.0.35 - Windows (x64)
- Update: IBM MQ v9.4.0.16 - Windows (x64)

## Reason for Update:
- New Software Releases from Vendors

## Actions to Take:
- Review new content and deploy as needed.
- For oracle db, you must run the following as policy actions:
  - Update OracleDB Patch List and update scripts WINDOWS
