## Reason for Update:
- New Software Releases from Vendors
- Relevance updates have been applied to the WebLogic fixlets.
- Older fixlets of Apache Tomcat 9, Apache Tomcat 10, and JBoss EAP 7.4
have been archived

## Actions to Take:
- Review new content and deploy as needed.
- For oracle db, you must run the following as policy actions:
  - Update OracleDB Patch List and update scripts WINDOWS
