Reason for Update:

* New update for SQL and Visual Studio 2022.
* Microsoft released patches for Exchange as part of the November Patch
Tuesday updates under KB5044062. However, the download for this binary has
been temporarily disabled and removed from both the catalog and support
page. In response, we have removed the associated fixlet and unsuperseded
the previous ones that were originally superseded by the November updates.
* Older Visual Studio and SharePoint updates are superseded.
