   Addressed synchronization issues in below checks related to pending
   restart.

   (L1) Ensure 'Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and
   credentials for network authentication' is set to 'Enabled'
   -

   (L1) Ensure 'User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin
   Approval Mode' is set to 'Enabled'
   -

   (L1) Ensure 'NetBT NodeType configuration' is set to 'Enabled: P-node
   (recommended)'
   -

   (L2) Disable IPv6 (Ensure TCPIP6 Parameter 'DisabledComponents' is set
   to '0xff (255)')
