With this update the BigFix Inventory v11.0.0.0 package is refreshed to
remove need for manual actions (hotfixes) after the BigFix Inventory server
update from v10 to v11.

* Recently installed or upgraded software not discovered in some cases
(affected file fact-based discovery), particularly on servers with the
number of endpoints above 100,000.
