BigFix OS Deployment and Bare Metal Imaging site has been updated.


**Reasons for Update:**
New OSD Bare Metal Server version 311.19 is available.

New content:

- Added support to deploy Windows 11 version 22H2

- Added support to deploy Windows 10 version 22H2

- Added support to deploy Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.7

- WADK for Windows 11 version 22H2 (build 22621) support in MDT Bundle


Resolved Defect Articles:
- KB0101771: WinPE sync does not preserve auto driver binding status
- KB0102221: Disk check could fail if the computer has a disk not accessible
- KB0103841: "Missing manifest" errors on manifest upload
- KB0103858: Review ISC DHCP server documentation
- KB0103636: MakeUSB.cmd command could fail for deployment media creation


Resolved Security Vulnerabilities:
- OSD Bare Metal Server version 311.12 and before are affected by security vulnerabilities around MD5 algorithm (CVE-2023-28006), Clickjacking (CVE-2023-23343), OpenSSL RSA Decryption (CVE-2022-4304, CVE-2023-0215, CVE-2023-0286), Host Header Injection (CVE-2023-28016)
