Reason for Update:

* New update for Chrome.

Important Note:

* When the version of Chrome changes, Google performs an in-place
replacement of the .msi files and has same Url. The current version is
non-security, while the previous one is security-focused. Consequently, the
older version is not replaced, and a manual cache has been introduced to it.
