BigFix OS Deployment and Bare Metal Imaging site has been updated.


**Reasons for Update:**
New OSD Bare Metal Server version 310.98 is available.

New Operating Systems support:
- Added support to deploy Ubuntu 20.04
- Added support to deploy Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9
- Added support to deploy Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.3
- Added support to deploy Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4
- Added support to deploy Windows 10 21H2.

Fixed issues in new site:
- KB0094990: Cannot capture Windows 10 using WinPE 10 2004
- KB0095254: Prefetch issue from download.microsoft.com
