  + Fixed defect(s)
    - Corrections were made to the manner by which ETL timestamps are captured.
    - Improved robustness of ETL.
    - Expanded the private key constraint for table insights_table_metrics to
      account for overlapping schemas.
    - Fixed issues with "encrypt" flag for database connections.
  + Webui application entitlement updates to align with new Lifecycle and Compliance packaging  model.

  *   Insights engine will update automatically when the WebUI site(s) are gathered by the deployment.
