ESU Key Management: Install and Activate MAK - Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008R2 SP1

Reason for Update:
A v3 revision of the July .NET security-only updates was released on 13th October by Microsoft.
The pre-requisite list in the description of the MAK install/activate fixlet was updated.

Actions to Take:
Sync any baselines you may have created with the modified content.
