Reason for Update:
* A fixlet for Chrome 86.0.4240.80 was erroneously released and has been removed. Google has not released version 86.0.4240.80 for Windows. The removed fixlet contained relevance and action that referenced Chrome 86.0.4240.75.
* The fixlet (ID:14011195) for Google Chrome 86.0.4240.75 has been unsuperseded.
