ESU Key Management: Install and Activate MAK - Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Server 2008R2 SP1

Reason for Update:
Microsoft released Extended Support Updates for Windows 2008 on December 8th Patch Tuesday.
The description of the MAK installation/activation task was updated to reflect current ESU pre-requisites.

Actions to Take:
Sync any baselines you may have created with the superseded content.
