BigFix Inventory application update 10.0.1.1



Published site version: 

BigFix Inventory v10 - version 135. 

(Note: site name until refreshed is IBM BigFix Inventory v9) 



Features: 

BigFix Inventory delivers increased value and demonstrates HCL’s commitment to both HCL and IBM customers.



This update offers new discovery capability and contains selected improvements. 



Enhanced software discovery capability

·         Added capability of discovering Docker engine and Kubernetes software

·         Added discovery capability for 100+ software versions for number of titles including Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, McAfee, Microsoft, Red Hat, SAP, VMware software



Other improvements

·         Optional feature: Scanner installation for BigFix Inventory use only on Windows. Please refer to Release Notes and the product documentation for more information on when and how to use this feature.



Documentation

·         HOW TO: Document describing how to manage licenses for HCL software products that are licensed under IBM metrics
