Content in the Patches for Windows site has been modified

All Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2 fixlets that include 'pending restart' relevance now recognize the setting "_BESClient_WindowsOS_BypassPendingRestartRelevance".


Actions to Take:
Sync any baselines you may have created with Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2 fixlets.
