Content in the ESU Patching Add-on for Windows 7 site has been updated:
The 'pending restart' Relevance in all ESU patch fixlets has been updated.

Reason for Update:
The 'pending restart' Relevance in all ESU fixlets was updated to prevent issues with certain values of the _BESClient_WindowsOS_BypassPendingRestartRelevance client setting.


Actions to Take:
Sync any baselines you may have created with the superseded or modified content.
