Reason for Update:
* Google released an update for Chrome.

Additional notes:
Beginning with this release, Google Chrome fixlets will follow the sueprsedence pattern as other fixlets.
This means each new Chrome release will result in a new fixlet and the existing fixlet will be superseded.
