[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Content in the Patching Support site has been modified:
* The Patch and Update Rollback Information analysis (ID: 344) has been updated to detect OS cumulative updates on Windows 10 versions higher than 1809.
* The Microsoft Rollback Task Wizard has been updated to handle OS cumulative updates on Windows 10 versions higher than 1809.
* The Patch and Update Rollback Information analysis (ID: 344) has been updated to evaluate every hour instead of every report to reduce load on the client relevance evaluation cycle.
