[BESAdmin-Announcements] BigFix WebUI Update

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Content in the WebUI has been modified and includes the following changes:


  *   A compatibility fix for versions 9.5.10 of the platform and above to run properly with the WebUI
  *   A node version bump from 6.14.3 to 6.14.4 to address the August 2018 node security bulletin: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/august-2018-security-releases/2<https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/august-2018-security-releases/>
  *   A fix allowing customers entitled to Security and Compliance to also get access to WebUI Patch and WebUI Patch policies


Deployments will get this update automatically when WebUI Common version 46 gets gathered.
