IBM BigFix Patch deprecated the Patches for Ubuntu 1204 site and ended
support for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, which reached its end of life (EOL) in April
2017.

Actions to take:
Upgrade to the later versions of BigFix Patches for Ubuntu sites.
Enable the site from the License Overview dashboard and subscribe your
endpoints to the site.
