[BESAdmin-Announcements] BigFix 9.5 Patch 4 is now available

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

The IBM BigFix team is pleased to announce the release of version 9.5 
Patch 4 (9.5.4.38) of the BigFix Platform. 

The main features of this release include:
  * Security enhancements
     - Update to the OpenSSL library (version 1.0.2j), which addresses 
vulnerabilities in previous versions
  * Serviceability enhancements to accelerate customer problem resolutions
     - Additional information provided in the BigFix Client logs to 
indicate the reason for pause/resume state transitions
     - Configuration key validation of BigFix server components during 
startup
  * Enhancement for BigFix Agent on Ubuntu
     - Performance improvements in the Client Evaluation Cycle on Ubuntu
  * Added BigFix Relay support for:
     - Windows Server 2016
     - Windows 10 Anniversary Update
  * APAR and bug fixes

This release includes all Platform components.
