[BESAdmin-Announcements] BigFix 9.1 Patch 9 is now available

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

The IBM BigFix team is pleased to announce the release of version 9.1 
Patch 9 (9.1.1301.0) of the BigFix Platform. 

The main features of this release include: 
* Security enhancements
   - Update to OpenSSL 1.0.2j, which addresses vulnerabilities in previous 
OpenSSL versions
   - SHA-2 signing certificate on MS Windows binaries (Windows binaries 
are dual-signed to meet Microsoft's new binary signing requirement)
* APAR and bug fixes

This release includes all Platform components.
