[BESAdmin-Announcements] Patch Management for Windows now supports Update Rollup

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

IBM Endpoint Manager is pleased to announce that Patch Management for 
Windows has extended support to include the Update Rollup category of 
updates.

Update rollup is a cumulative set of hot fixes, security updates, critical 
updates, and updates that are packaged for easy deployment.
Update rollups target a specific area, for example security or a product 
component.
