[BESAdmin-Announcements] Mobile Device Management - Patch Release 2.3.1

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

IBM has released a patch release for the Mobile Device Management site.
 
Major Changes:
Updated Enrollment and Apple iOS Management Extender in order to support 
upcoming iOS 7 devices.
Site level relevance and dashboard restrictions have been properly updated 
to restrict to IBM Endpoint Manager platform version 8.2 and newer. This 
has always been a requirement that was previously unenforced.
Additional localization fixes
An additional update will be released when Apple iOS 7 is officially 
released with iOS 7 feature support.

Upgrade your iOS Management Extenders as soon as possible as any reporting 
iOS 7 devices will cause severe issues.
