[BESAdmin-Announcements] Update: IBM Endpoint Manager Mobile App

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

IBM Mobile Device Management 

Due to a change in iTunes App requirements, we will be discontinuing 
support of OS 3.0 and below in our 9.0.20021 release of the IBM Endpoint 
Manager Mobile App on iTunes. This affects iPhone 3G and older devices. 

These devices will no longer be able to download or update the IBM app, 
but will continue to be managed with IBM Mobile Device Management.
