The Security and Compliance team at IBM has updated the 'FDCC Checklist 
for Windows XP' site.

Affected Sites:
FDCC Checklist for Windows XP: site version 5

* The site versions have been included for air-gap customers. 

Changelist:
Compliance relevance for Fixlet "Network access: Named Pipes that can be 
accessed anonymously" updated to be case insensitive.
